A young man who recently invented a bicycle that is meant for water, has tested his invention by riding on the ocean to the excitement of waters and fun seekers.

A 27-year-old Ghanaian man identified as Frank Darko who resides in Takoradi in the Western Region of the country, has created a bicycle that could move on water and has already launched it.

While speaking on his creation of a bicycle which is purposely designed to be used on water surfaces, the young man who has gained recognition in his country, revealed that the creation of his invention started in August, 2017.

He added that with a lot of effort and hard work, he managed to finish his project and tested it in a shallow dam in his area.

Photo have emerged online showing the young inventor who believed in his finished work, testing it out on the sea to prove to the world that his invention has come to stay, as some people were seen taking turns to experience the unique invention.

While speaking in a telephone conversation with NAIJ.com, Frank Darko revealed that he wanted his invention to help the school children who had to swim to school, find an easier path to their classes.

He said further that many individuals have also requested to have him make a copy of the bicycle for them, adding that he wanted to contribute to the development of Ghana with his invention.

He called on stakeholders and benevolent bodies to invest in his breakthrough invention so as to make the lives of many Ghanaians easy.

BMW, a Germany-based company which currently produces automobiles and motorcycles, and produced aircraft engines until 1945 is designing a strange model of motorcycle for the future.

This exotic model of motorcycle has been dubbed the ‘KHAN’.

The sharp motorcycle concept depicts the future of motorcycle brand, BMW. Turkish designer, Mehmet Erdem, has created several motorcycles and otherworldly vehicle concepts in the past. Based in Istanbul, Erdem has created no less than eight other captivating BMW motorcycles, which all exhibit a unique and authentic interpretation of the brand.

In addition to the name, the ‘KHAN’s’ stylized form appears to be rather fitting for blade runner. surely, if this vehicle were to ever be produced, it would be something that Rick Deckard would consider upgrading to, due to its radical design and probable performance capabilities.

Similarly to the science fiction movie, this design exercise will almost certainly never make reality and will remain only at a concept phase.

Still, Erdem’s renderings can serve to inspire manufacturer’s designers to take greater risks, to design truly dramatic and mesmerizing motorcycles.

A Nigerian Lady, identified as Favour Onyii has said she is proudly the first person to own the new iPhone X in Nigeria, and her friends are celebrating her on Social Media.

The smartphone which was officially released by Apple Inc. on the 3rd of November, as announced during the Apple Event few months back, was reportedly purchased for her, by herself… But then, folks on Social Media disagree with her, as many say it was probably given to her, as a gift, by her boyfriend.

Her friends then called out ‘Yahoo Boys’ to beat that, as they took to their various snapchat accounts to celebrate her.

He did it without getting a training from anyone, all by his instincts.

Gov. Willie Obiano, who was represented by the SSA on Disability Matters, Barr. Chuks Ezewuzie, was so astonished by the deaf man’s level of ingenuity as he sat inside the TIPPER. He promised the state government will do all in its power to assist the development of such rare talent.

Former handler of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Twitter account, Olufemi Adeyemi, has joined Union Bank.

The man better known as F.Shaw broke the news himself on Tuesday.

Unlike at EFCC where Adeyemi’s identity was a well-guarded secret, Union Bank is already using its new handler’s star appeal to attract new customers and win back old ones.

 

A 2006 computer science graduate of Covenant University, Adeyemi worked at the EFCC from November 2014 to July 2017.

His razor-sharp wits endeared the anti-graft agency to thousands of Twitter users.

With a number of rap songs to his credit, not a few thought Adeyemi would go into music full time.

Explaining his decision to quit, the EFCC said in a statement that “Adeyemi harboured personal dreams even before assuming duties at the Commission and he has now decided to fulfill those dreams.

“Like a parent that finds joy in seeing a child grow, we are happy for Adeyemi because the Eagle must be allowed to soar.

“And, like the Eagle that always maintains its nest, Adeyemi’s home remains the EFCC.

“The world and Twitter have certainly not seen the last of ‘The Handler’”.

Amazon stock surged in after-hours trading on Thursday after the company reported strong third quarter earnings. Amazon reported $43.7 billion in revenue, well above the $42.1 billion analysts expected. Whole Foods, which Amazon acquired in August, made up $1.3 billion of total revenue for the quarter.

Bezos became the richest person in the world for the first time three months ago as Amazon stock hit an all-time high on July 27, just before Amazon reported its second quarter earnings. But Bezos’ first time at the top of Forbes’ Real-Time Billionaires List only lasted a few hours. That same day, Amazon reported a big miss on earnings in its second quarter, leading to a drop in the e-commerce giant’s stock. Only today has Amazon stock returned close to its previous high, as the stock market responded positively to Amazon’s third quarter results.

When Forbes published The FORBES 400 list of richest Americans earlier in October, Bezos was the second richest person in America, worth $7.5 billion less than Gates. Bezos first joined the Forbes 400 in 1998, one year after Amazon went public, with a net worth of $1.6 billion.
